When third-party services are used (for example Google for appointment booking or free trial requests), certain data may be transmitted according to the settings of such services.

In accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, we implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data.

As part of the provision of SquashTM instances to its clients, Henix acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR.

In this capacity, Henix only processes the data necessary for operating the service on behalf of its clients, including email addresses, IP addresses, and connection and usage data, and solely on the instructions of the data controller.
